So, some of you might be wondering why Council decided to make some rules for Simon. The <b>simple</b> answer involves the stamps. If people wish to play a game of Simon but Kayla does not feel up to hosting or you wish to host a round, she can allow someone to host, you must ask first though. However, if you wish to receive any stamps for the games you play, <a href="http://www.neopets.com/randomfriend.phtm...=xx_pink_one_xx">Kayla</a> <b>must</b> be present.

First little thing that should be mentioned...you <b>will not</b> receive participation points for this. Why? Because this activity is held on the guild board so your post count will rise. Come on, everyone is pretty talkative during Simon.<p>
Second little thing to be mentioned...if you are lucky enough to host a round you <b>will not</b> under any circumstances try to make a person get 0/10. That's just not cool. The Wooden Spoon stamp is supposed to be hard to get & it should remain that way.<p>
If you have already received one or both of the stamps, feel free to keep them. Just know your name <b>will not</b> appear on the lists.<p>
